Aqueous suspension
Aqueous suspension concentrate is a water-based pesticide formulation that can disperse water-insoluble or poorly soluble pesticides into water to form a uniform and stable dispersion system. Aqueous suspension concentrate has become the mainstream of water-based pesticide formulations due to its safe processing, storage and transportation, excellent field application effect and convenient use. Water dispersible granules
Like water suspension concentrates, water dispersible granules are also large-tonnage formulations of environmentally friendly pesticides. Compared with traditional pesticides, water dispersible granules can quickly disintegrate and disperse into suspensions after adding water, and have very little damage to the environment. SCM has launched additives for water dispersible granules. In addition to the mainstream carboxylates and naphthalenesulfonate additives in the market, there are also unique special polymer dispersant products, such as: 550S (carboxylates), DA803 (special polymers), DA801, BB4, PSR-19 (naphthalenesulfonic acid ammonium salt), etc.
Dry suspension
Dry suspension concentrate is one of the environmentally friendly pesticide formulations that has developed very rapidly in recent years. It is made by dehydrating water suspension concentrate, as the name suggests - dry suspension concentrate. The SCM agrochemical adjuvant team, in conjunction with customers, has successfully applied the naphthalenesulfonate dispersant DA801 to DF. It is resistant to high temperatures above 180°C and has a molecular weight of more than 2000, making it perform well in DF processing and production. The processed DF particles are loose without losing strength, disintegrate quickly, have good suspension properties, and are also excellent in secondary suspension properties.
Water emulsion products
Compared with traditional emulsifiable concentrate products, water-emulsion products use only a small amount (or no) of organic solvents, which minimizes damage to the environment. Emulsifiers 4914 and G5000, in addition to their outstanding emulsifying ability, can also be applied to different types of technical ingredients. By adjusting different addition ratios, many stable and reliable water-emulsion formulas can be obtained.
Defoaming agent
As management departments pay more attention to improving the utilization rate of pesticides, how to solve the foam problem in production and use has become another effective way to improve the quality of pesticides and reduce the amount of use. We have focused on developing four defoaming agent varieties in water-based formulations. WDS for SC and EW, DS for aqueous agents and microemulsions, and defoaming agents SOP and SDK developed for solid dosage forms WDG, DF, and WP have all been widely recognized and praised by customers. In particular, SOP and SDK, with their universal adaptability, processability (able to withstand air flow crushing and sand grinding) and extraordinary defoaming ability, are the best choice for solid dosage forms to solve foam problems.
